Assistant Credit Manager (Hotel Experience Required)

The Role
The Assistant Credit Manager will be responsible for assisting in managing the hotel's credit policies, ensuring effective collection of receivables, and minimizing financial risk. The role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain healthy relationships with guests, clients, and colleagues while safeguarding the hotel's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts to minimize overdue balances and bad debts.
· Work collaboratively with department heads and the Credit Manager to ensure control of outstanding balances and credit limits.
· Maintain effective communication with guests and clients regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.
· Assist in preparing and presenting monthly aging reports, analysis, and recommendations to management.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and financial procedures.
Due to local labor law restrictions, applicants must hold work authorization for Jordan, namely a Jordanian ID

Desired profile
Qualifications :
· 2 years of hotel experience in a similar position Strong knowledge of credit control, billing, and financial policies.
· Excellent negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office applications
