The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Front Office Manager and will be assisting the Front Office Manager in the efficient and smooth running of the Front Office operations, maintaining harmonious and strong relationships with guests and colleagues.

The candidate will also be responsible for working with the hotel team to maintain the hotel's position as the leading hotel in Sydney by driving customer preference.

In addition, the candidate will have the opportunity to exercise empathy and build emotional connections with our guests and colleagues, and lead, develop and motivate a team of skilled associates who are highly engaged and embody Hyatt's purpose and values.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (with an advanced proficiency of the English language)
·  Excellent time management skills
·  Effective trainer and coach, and able to facilitate at all levels
·  The capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
·  The ability to create a positive first impression and be able to connect on a human level with others
·  Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements
· 
Previous work experience as a Assistant Front Office Manager or Duty Manager at 5 star hotels or similar environment
