The Commis - Colleague Restaurant is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals served in the colleague restaurant. This role supports the daily operation of the colleague restaurant by ensuring food is prepared according to hygiene and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and contributing to an efficient and positive dining experience for all colleagues.

Qualifications :

·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
·  Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional certificate in Culinary Arts.
·  Minimum 1 year of work experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments are preferred.
·  Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
·  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
