Job description

Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Thai dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
·
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
·
Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and portion standards
·
Support the mise en place process for Thai cuisine including chopping, marinating, and blending spices
·
Follow proper food storage procedures, especially for Thai herbs and perishable ingredients
·
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
·
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
·
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
·
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen stock and supplies
·
Maintain a clean and organized workstation during and after service
Desired profile
Qualifications :
·
Formal culinary education or diploma from a recognized institution, with specialization in Thai or Asian cuisine preferred
·
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment specializing in Thai cuisine
·
Strong knowledge of premium Thai ingredients, presentation standards, and luxury kitchen operations
