Job description
Main Duties and responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team and Executive Office (GM) as needed. Potentially the HODs subject to request.
·
Report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and support the teams across all administrative functions.
·
Coordinate and manage internal documentation, filing, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.
·
Ensure the complete and accurate execution of all assigned administrative tasks instructed by the DOSM and GM.
·
Support the team in arranging and facilitating hotel show rounds and site visits.
·
Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and reports and or other activities instructed by the DOSM and GM.
·
Participate in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, newsletters, and sales blitz campaigns.
·
Contribute to the planning and coordination of hotel promotional activities, including site inspections, client sales blitzes, and familiarization trips (famtrips).
·
Help track and manage sales activities, promotions, and event calendars (including GM office requests).
·
Ensure timely internal communication and support between departments for effective execution of sales & marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
·
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
·
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
·
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (preferably in hospitality) is an advantage.
·
Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
·
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Notes:
·
Office-based position with occasional requirement to assist with on-property activities and hotel tours.
·
Regular working hours with flexibility to support occasional after-hours events or campaigns.
