We're hiring a Revenue Analyst or Assistant Manager Revenue (level based on your experience) to join our cluster Commercial office and power the analytical and execution side of our Revenue Management function across four Hyatt SA properties.
The role
You are the analytical and execution engine of Revenue for the SA cluster. You turn demand, pricing, channel mix, segmentation and comp-set performance into clear recommendations — and then you make them happen. You will partner with GMs, DOSMs, Reservations, Front Office, Finance, Digital and the brand RM organisation to grow RevPAR, MPI / ARI / RGI and profitable topline across the cluster.
What you'll do
• Pricing & inventory — Maintain daily and forward rates, restrictions and overbooking rules across transient, corporate, wholesale, leisure and promotional segments.
• Forecasting & budgeting — Build rolling 0–90 day and 12–18 month forecasts; support the annual Budget and Business / Marketing Plan with rigorous bottom-up assumptions.
• Analytics & insight — Own the daily / weekly / monthly reporting cadence: pickup, pace, segment and channel production, ADR drivers, STR performance.
• Distribution & data — Manage rate parity, availability and content across Brand.com, GDS, OTAs and wholesalers; own segmentation, rate code and source-of-business integrity.
• Group & RFP — Run group displacement analyses, recommend ceilings and minimum ADRs; support corporate RFP pricing via Lanyon / Cvent.
• Commercial partnership — Contribute to owner review decks, Hyatt brand revenue reviews and Sales / Marketing / Digital planning with clear, decision-ready analysis.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
• A Hyatt colleague with 2–5 years in Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, Distribution, Digital, Sales Coordination or Commercial Finance who now wants to move deeper into Revenue Management.
• Strong Excel, strong curiosity, strong commercial instincts — you don't just report numbers, you interrogate them.
• Exposure to Opera / Hyatt PMS, the Hyatt CRS, and ideally IDeaS G3, STR and parity tools. If you haven't touched all of these yet, we'll get you there.
• A team player with the confidence to present to GMs and the humility to keep learning.
