Job description

You will be responsible for leading the floral design operations to enhance the aesthetic and guest experience across the property. This role involves creating elegant, innovative floral arrangements for public areas, guest rooms, restaurants, special events, weddings and corporate functions. The Chief Florist oversees inventory and budget control, ensures timely installation and maintenance of displays and upholds Hyatt's brand standards in luxury presentation.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Certificate or Diploma in Floral Design or formal training in floristry or related field.
• 3 years in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel.
• Strong artistic flair, a deep understanding of floral trends and seasonal availability.
• Inventory and cost management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of floral design techniques and flower varieties.
