Job description
You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section in the kitchen during event operations. This role ensures the timely preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for weddings, conferences, meetings and other large-scale events while maintaining kitchen standards, hygiene and safety protocols.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferably with banquet or event catering background.
• Strong culinary skills with the ability to manage a section independently.
• Knowledge of large-scale food production and plating under time constraints.
• Familiarity with banquet event orders (BEOs) and function coordination.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Culinary education or relevant certification preferred.
