About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to lead our Banquets Kitchen operation and deliver extraordinary culinary experiences for a diverse range of events—from intimate executive gatherings to high-profile galas. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader and creative culinary artist with a deep understanding of banquet service execution and the ability to craft bespoke menus that reflect both guest desires and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all culinary operations within the Banquets Kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards.

Collaborate with the Events and Food & Beverage teams to design and execute tailored menus that align with guest expectations and event themes.

Lead, inspire, and train a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.

Maintain rigorous hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards across all banquet culinary operations.
·
Actively participate in menu tastings, client consultations, and site visits to ensure seamless event execution.

Monitor food cost, labor, and inventory levels, maintaining strong cost control and efficiency.

Contribute innovative culinary ideas to elevate the banquet offering and reinforce the hotel’s reputation for world-class dining experiences.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within the banquets kitchen of a large, luxury hotel operation .
· Formal culinary education or professional chef certification is required.
· Previous experience with Hyatt Hotels Corporation or another leading global hotel brand is strongly preferred .
· Comprehensive understanding of event culinary logistics, dietary considerations, and international cuisine trends.
· Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for developing culinary talent.
· Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations compliance.
