Qualifications :

The aim of a Corporate Leadership Training Program (C.L.T. ) specializing in a division (Ex: Food & Beverage, Rooms, etc.) is to benefit from extensive operational exposure upon graduation, enabling access to take on the responsibilities of a management position in the future.

The pace of the program is set as such:
• Exposure in various departments of the hotel
• Intensive period of training in the assigned department
• Access to specific learning opportunities
