【アンダーズ=パーソナルスタイル】のコンセプトの下、従来のホテルレストランの接客にとらわれず、お客様1人1人が自分らしくお過ごしいただけるよう、よりお客様に近い距離でパーソナルなサービスを追及できるスタッフを募集しています。

今回は、当ホテル1階に位置する、食材にこだわり、各国の料理にインスパイアされたハンバーガーと地ビールをカジュアルに味わえるカフェ＆レストラン『BeBu（ビブ）』のサービススタッフを募集いたします。

【主な業務内容】
『BeBu』におけるレストランサービス業務全般
（オーダーテイク、フード類の配膳、コーヒー・紅茶、アルコール類の準備、等）

Under the concept of “Andaz = Personal Style,” we are seeking team members who can provide personal, guest-focused service that goes beyond traditional hotel dining norms—staff who can engage with each guest more closely and help create an experience that feels uniquely their own.

We are currently recruiting service staff for “BeBu,” our café and restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel, where guests can casually enjoy quality ingredients, internationally inspired burgers, and craft beers.

Main Responsibilities

· Complete restaurant service operations at BeBu
(e.g., taking orders, serving food, preparing coffee/tea and alcoholic beverages, etc.)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

協調性・柔軟性・コミュニケーション能力がある意欲的な方
基礎英語レベルの会話ができる方

· We are looking for motivated individuals who demonstrate strong teamwork, flexibility, and communication skills.

· Candidates who can carry basic conversations in English are preferred.
