Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Food & Beverage including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory.

Qualifications :
Degree or higher national diploma in hospitality (or related field), Proven background in beverage or bar management, with strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits, demonstrated ability to oversee inventory, ordering and vendor relations, minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant environment, strong communication and team leadership skills.
