Job description
You will be responsible in welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, opening doors, arranging transport, and providing information—all with a warm, courteous and professional demeanor. You play a key role in ensuring a seamless guest arrival and departure experience while also maintaining security and cleanliness at the hotel entrance.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Previous experience in a bellman, doorman or customer service role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit; able to lift and carry luggage.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, proactive and helpful attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
