Bell Attendant - Villas

Job description
· Welcome guests upon arrival at villas and provide assistance with luggage handling
· Escort guests to their assigned villa, explain key features, and ensure comfort during check-in
· Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for timely villa readiness and guest requests
· Handle luggage storage and retrieval efficiently while maintaining security and care
· Assist guests with transportation arrangements within the property (buggy service, transfers)
· Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
· Deliver amenities, packages, and special requests to villas in a timely manner
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell desk, luggage room, and buggy area
· Support in managing guest departures, including luggage collection and transportation assistance
· Uphold safety standards and ensure professional grooming and courteous behavior at all times
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Bell Attendant or similar role in a luxury hotel environment
· Good physical stamina and ability to handle luggage and outdoor tasks
· Excellent communication and guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
· Knowledge of property layout and ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively
