Bartender - Flexi Hours

Schedule : Available working hours will vary each week and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role 

· Provide personalised and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and preferences to create memorable experiences

· Take responsibility for the setup, smooth operation, and closing of the bar

· Maintain strong knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently advise guests

· Follow departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service consistency and quality

· Promote and upsell premium drinks, special offers, and food pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue

· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations

About You

Previous experience as a bartender in a premium hospitality environment is preferred. You have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
