The Role

The Bartender is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar and beverage operations of the restaurant. This includes managing the bar, executing beverage menus, and ensuring the highest level of service and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of the bar, including managing the bar inventory, and overall cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

· Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all guests, and that beverage orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

· Monitor and control beverage costs and work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve financial targets.

· Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of all beverage-related costs.

· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper pairing of food and beverage offerings.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, and spirits.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory management software.
