Salary: £27,058

Duties and responsibilities related to the Barista (Maternity Cover) role  

· Knowledge of content and method of preparation of all beverage items in the menu

· Accountable to assist in all preparation required prior to opening.

· Responsible to ensure correct stock is requisitioned, checked, and stored in the bar.

· To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.

· Responsible to ensure cleanliness of bar is maintained including fixtures and fittings.

· Assisting guest's during their stay and handling guest complaints

· maximizing revenue opportunities through up selling

· Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services, and facilities

About You

You have previous experience in coffee preparation and customer service, ideally within a premium café or hospitality environment. Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities, you take a guest-focused approach in everything you do. With proven teamwork and communication skills, you are able to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail in every cup you serve.
