The Role:
In your role as Assistant Venue Manager, you will be supporting the Venue Manager through managing the day-to-day operations of both Bar and floor operations including being responsible for stock management and control, colleague rosters and training, service, maximizing profitability and most importantly, enhancing our guest experiences. The ideal candidate for this position must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and personnel management skills should be accompanied by a commitment to company values. You will pay close attention to all operational details to ensure the smooth running of the venue for our guests and our team, as well as the financial success of the establishment.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

Proven experience managing a high-volume cocktail bar
·
Outstanding technical wine, cocktail, spirit and food knowledge
·
Demonstrated experience with leading and coaching a team
·
Ability to provide professional customer service and providing elevated experiences
·
Excellent presentation and grooming
·
Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills
·
Full working rights in Australia
·
Current RSA
·
Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
