We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Manager Security. You will support the Security Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Security function and related fire and emergency procedure. You will enforce Health & Safety and Security across the hotel and be responsible for the day-to-day security operations, such as monitoring CCTV, random bag checks, carrying out locker searches, monitoring and issuing access cards and providing assistance to any accidents on site.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

A current SIA qualification and badge in Door Supervision is necessary, as is a full, clean UK driving licence and First Aid at Work qualification. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of dealing with the public to this level, preferably in a similar hotel environment. A confident level of English language is required, GCSE grade C or above or international equivalent, IELTS 7.5. Experience of Microsoft Office, especially word and excel is essential, a knowledge of a hotel systems is desirable. NEBOSH qualification is desirable, but not essential.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are also a necessity for this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent grooming to a corporate level with an approachable manner.
