The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Manager, Ramp Strategy to support the continued expansion of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) and our growing portfolio globally. In this role, you will play a critical part in establishing pricing, positioning, and revenue strategies that drive optimal performance for new and transitioning properties across the all-inclusive and resort portfolio.
You will partner closely with regional and global Revenue, Sales, and Commercial teams to implement comprehensive revenue ramp plans, build forecasting and pricing models, support system readiness, and ensure hotels are commercially prepared for long-term success. Your work will influence early demand generation, competitive readiness, and revenue optimization during the critical pre-opening and post-opening ramp phases.

The Role
The Revenue Manager, Ramp Strategy is responsible for designing and executing revenue management strategies for new-build and transitioning hotels within Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) portfolio globally. This includes establishing opening pricing, configuration of revenue systems, segmentation strategy, forecasting, and competitive positioning.
You will work closely with hotel teams, ownership groups, and regional commercial leaders to ensure revenue systems, processes, and performance expectations are aligned to deliver strong and accelerated commercial ramp.
In This Role, You Will:

Manage a portfolio of pre-opening or transitioning hotels within the Hyatt Inclusive Collection
·
Develop revenue ramp plans, including pricing architecture, channel strategies, segmentation mix, and distribution readiness
·
Lead pre-opening revenue activities including BAR setup, package creation, room type strategy, inventory controls, and system configuration
·
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Global Revenue teams to ensure cohesive commercial readiness
·
Conduct competitive market analyses to inform pricing, positioning, and forecast assumptions
·
Build and maintain opening forecasts, budget alignment, and business-on-the-books reporting
·
Monitor early performance and recommend optimizations in pricing, availability, and channel distribution
·
Drive alignment with hotel teams and owners on revenue strategy, performance updates, and insights
·
Support onboarding and training for hotel revenue leaders as they prepare to assume long-term responsibilities post-opening
·
Provide analytical insights and best practices to inform future openings and revenue playbooks across HIC
·
Travel up to 15–20% as needed for openings, owner meetings, and commercial reviews
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Experience Required:
·
3–5 years of experience in revenue management within hospitality or travel
·
Experience supporting multi-property or regional portfolios preferred
·
Strong understanding of all-inclusive commercial models, revenue levers, and distribution landscape
·
Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS), CRS, PMS, and channel management tools
·
Strong analytic capabilities and the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
·
Familiarity with LAC competitive sets, demand trends, and feeder markets
·
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
·
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
·
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, decentralized, multicultural environment
·
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Economics, or related field
Experience Preferred:
·
Revenue experience in all-inclusive or resort markets
·
Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, and demand management methodologies
·
Experience supporting pre-openings or transitions
·
High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
