The Role

The Assistant Security Manager will be responsible for making sure the Security Department runs smoothly and efficiently. This include manage the security function of the hotel effectively and efficiently so that its guests, associates, operations, and assets are protected and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all safety and security matters at the property.
· Should be able to demonstrate the essential knowledge, skills and abilities of managing a hotel security program on a daily basis, and competency in supervising and directing all aspects of the security operations at the hotel.
· Ensuring the timely reporting and submission of all guest/associate incident reports.
· Monitoring the reports for all “Lost and Found” items.
· Provide training and development to security staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
· Handle guest requests or complaints regarding safety or hotel conditions promptly and professionally.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Prior experience in a hotel security role.
·  Strong leadership and communication skills.
·  Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
·  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
·  Knowledge of security equipment, and industry best practices.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
