Job description
· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
· Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
· Acting as a contact between a hotel and its existing and potential markets;
· Gathering market and customer information;
· Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
· Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
· In addition to the above functions, any other assignment / job given by the superior authority occasionally or on a daily basis are to be performed.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
· Proven experience in sales and customer service.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication skills.
· Advanced language skills both in Japanese and English
