What you will do as Assistant Restaurant Manager - NYnLON:

· Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high standards of quality.
· Greet and interact with guests to build relationships and gather feedback.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
· Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating colleagues to achieve their best.
· Work closely with other departments in the hotel (e.g., housekeeping, front desk) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
· Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotions to attract customers and increase sales.
