Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Restaurant Reservations Centre is responsible to assist in managing the day-to-day Food & Beverage administration, which covers the hotel's operators, order takers and designated guest service officers.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Team Leader in a hotel's Call Centre.
· Well-developed communication, telephone and customer relations skills.
· Due to work permit restrictions, this position is open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia only.
