We are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Manager - Engineering who will assist the Engineering team in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.

Qualifications :

Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:

·  Preferably a Bachelor / College Degree
·  Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
·  Minimum 5 years' work experience as Assistant Manager - Engineering or at least 3 years’ experience in Engineering department in a luxurious hotel
·  Well-versed in heaters, boilers, HVAC system, and air circulation like AHUs, and DOAs, OAPU, KEF etc.
·  Must have very good communication skills.
·  Demonstrated skills in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents able to teach and inspire team members to be their best every day.
