About the Role
The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the efficient management of the Front Office Department in line with Hyatt's purpose, values and brand standards, whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who supports the day-to-day operation, drives team performance and contributes to the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring implementation of brand identity in the hotel, Spa and outlets on all platforms and at all points of contact (including the hotel materials).
• Ensuring the implementation of campaigns on all levels and contact points, in order to increase the level of awareness and reputation of the hotel and the F&B outlets and Spa
• Regular performance of market analysis and – observations.
• Active and planned customer advertising aiming to maximize sales.
• Contact person for the colleagues on site, in relation to communications- and marketing initiatives.
• Maintenance of the hotel and restaurant website as well as all profiles on other websites where the hotel is listed (OTA's, TripAdvisor etc).
• Contact person for external parties, such as media and interest groups.
• Sales promotion, increasing of the average invoice amount; use of creative sales strategies.
• Coordination of all administrative tasks in Marketing & Communications.
• Encourage and support teamwork in the department.
• Regular participation in company trainings and departmental meetings.
• Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing

· Digitally savvy and confident in managing online presence
· Guest-focused, detail-oriented approach
· Fluency in Croatian and English
