What You'll Do

Lead and Inspire : Support the Front Office Manager in supervising daily operations, motivating the team, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee front desk functions including check-in/out, room assignments, billing accuracy, and cash handling.
·
Team Development : Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and continuous training to maintain high engagement and performance.
·
Guest Relations : Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, collaborating with other departments to ensure satisfaction.

Optimize Performance : Monitor service standards, implement improvements, and contribute to revenue and cost-control initiatives.
·
Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and operational policies.
·
Communicate Effectively : Lead shift briefings, review daily activities, and ensure smooth coordination across all hotel divisions.
·
VIP & Special Services : Support the implementation of personalized experiences for VIP guests and special events.

Qualifications :
What We're Looking For

Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within a luxury hotel environment.
·
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
·
Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English .
·
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
·
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
·
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
·
