What you will do:
· Performs all duties as designated by the Director of Finance and carries out the functions of the department during the Director of Finance’s absence and ensure relevant support to daily transactions is completed and review income audit, accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, general accounting and cost audit.
· Assists the Director of Finance in all monthly financial reporting and analysis.
· Assists with the preparation of the annual Finance Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees.
· Focus attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.
· Recruit, select and develop associates to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies willing to become multi skilled and perform multi tasks.

Qualifications :
What you should have:
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Minimum 2 years experience with large scale hospitality companies in similar capacity.
· Excellent in managing various stakeholders, communications and interpersonal skills.
