We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head.
In this role, you will:
· Lead all aspects of the Global Managed Print service, delivering the highest standards of customer service through a fully managed outsourced solution with our global print supplier (HP).
· Build strong stakeholder/vendor management skills to manage the relationship with our global managed print supplier (HP), ensuring contractual and service responsibilities are upheld through robust governance and monitoring of contractual SLAs/KPIs.
· Define a strategic direction for the banks managed print environment, identifying opportunities to transition from internal infrastructure and onboard the service to Cloud technology.
· Be responsible for the end to end service ensuring HP manage the service and the HP Production Support Desk (PSD – L2/L3/L4 team) respond to incidents in a timely and efficient manner in line with SLAs/KPIs.
· Accountable for the financial budget, spend and governance, ensuring annual spend is kept within budget and all global monthly invoices are correctly invoiced and reconciled. Implementing opportunities to drive down costs, eradicating unnecessary processes and exploring opportunities for service efficiency and rationalising the service where possible.
· Manage the internal HSBC regional service owners to drive a standardised service ensuring service standards are achieved consistently across all geographies.
· Third Party Engagement Manager (TPEM) for the global Master Service Agreement (MSA) ensuring compliance with TPEM policy and standards
· Responsible for the overall adherence and compliance to key controls ensuring the services are effectively risk managed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (MAX 8 Points)
· Strong technical knowledge to support Windows/SQL server infrastructure
· Knowledge and understanding of onboarding to Cloud infrastructure
· Excellent stakeholder/relationship and vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence decision making.
· Knowledge/proven experience of contract management/working with an out-sourced supplier
· Agile methodology with a proven track record of working with JIRA/Confluence/Kanban Boards
· Excellent Leadership skills able to manage and motivate a global team
· Excellent communication, problem solving an negotiation skills, focusing on remote and written communications with experience of interacting with senior stakeholders and colleagues
· Strategic thinker, with excellent decision making and risk management skills
