From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to-end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Relationship Manager - Business Banking.
Principal Responsibilities
· Manage existing International Business Banking (IBB) portfolio and attain high customer satisfaction by meeting the customer’s financial needs and requirements
· Acquire new to bank corporate customers by actively working with HSBC Counterparts globally
· Ensure all actions are compliant to all policies, guidelines, regulations and HSBC global standards
· Continually review the quality of borrowing relationships of customers so that bad debts are kept to a minimum and the business relationship with the customer is successfully managed
· Continually review the quality of customers, ensuring financial crime risk concerns are adequately managed
· Close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services to introduce the current and prospective corporate customer to the full suite of business banking solutions
Requirements
· Able to effectively communicate with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders
· Knowledge of Global Markets, Credit exposure, Payments and Cash Management as well as Trade Services products
· Well versed with Credit memos and credit approval requirements
· Has experience in a dedicated client relationship role and proven track record of meeting customer’s financial needs successfully
· Highly driven as well as motivated to excel and be able to thrive when faced with challenges
