We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic leader to take on the role of Vice President (VP) Loyalty & Alliances. The position demands an individual with exceptional connections in the industry, sharp negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of technology platforms. The VP Loyalty & Alliances will manage the entire loyalty platform, focusing on vendor management, partner alliances, and driving spending through innovative offers.
Principal Responsibilities
· End-to-End Management: Oversee and manage the loyalty platform, ensuring seamless operation from vendor management to customer engagement
· Vendor Management: Handle relationships with loyalty and alliance partners, ensuring services meet the highest quality standards
· Drive Spends: Develop and execute strategies that drive customer spends through effective alliance offers
· Negotiation and Onboarding: Negotiate and onboard new partners for alliances across various segments, including credit cards and loan products
· Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategic plans to enhance customer loyalty and engagement
· Industry Connects: Leverage strong industry connections to forge beneficial alliances and partnerships
· Technology Platforms: Manage and optimize technology platforms that support the loyalty and alliances program
· Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from internal teams to external partners
· Data Analysis: Interpret and utilize data to inform decisions, enhance strategies, and measure success
· Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote loyalty programs and alliance offers
· Leadership: collaboratively work with a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
· Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation and financial performance of the loyalty platform
Requirements

· Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with partners
· Technology Management: Proficiency in managing and leveraging loyalty and technology platforms
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excel Skills: Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
· Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
· Marketing: Adept in marketing and communication strategies to drive engagement
