We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President – Data and MI.

Principal responsibilities

·  Working alongside the Head of ER – GSCs and Tech Centers, lead to deliver the data strategy that achieves a consistent, consolidated data environment upon which Bank wide reporting, MI, insight, and analytics can be developed.
·  For the remit responsible for maintenance, promotion and development of reporting tools which promote automation and meet stakeholder needs for access to required information in a timely manner.
·  Contribute to the optimization of data reporting processes, minimizing manual intervention where possible.
·  Proof business hypothesis and assumptions through data points evidence and analysis.
·  Responsible for the governance, creation and distribution of Employee Relations (ER) data insights across the ER Service.
·  Conduct analysis on ER data, with a focus on identifying trends and takeaways to start with, and rapidly build to actionable insights that impact efficiency of the ER service in entities under remit.
·  Produce operational reporting and Conduct & Concerns dashboards to track/monitor ER service delivery in entities under remit and provide trend and insight analysis for ER Heads in GSCs and Tech centers, relating to ER cases raised and outcomes observed.

Requirements

·  Excellent inter personal and communication skills, both verbal and written, highly numerate and detail orientated with experience of sharing information effectively, in a clear, concise and professional manner
·  Experience in employee relations, human resources, industrial relations.
·  Well-developed analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills combined with influencing and negotiation skills
·  Experience in compilation of reports and/or management information and / or stories driven by data-backed insights.
·  A sound working knowledge of HR and ER principles and procedures.
·  Previous auditing or assurance experience is an advantage as well as a working knowledge of Employee Relations and or workplace investigations.
