We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Content and Proposal Management .

Principal Responsibilities

As a Content and Proposal Writer in Global Payments Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to develop compelling and persuasive proposals for our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales, product, and client management teams to create well-structured and customized proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our cash management products and services. Your knowledge in transaction banking, strong writing skills, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

·  Proposal Development
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Client Management teams to gather information, understand client requirements, and identify key selling points
·  Develop comprehensive, well-organized, and persuasive proposals tailored to target audiences
·  Write and edit proposal sections, executive summaries, and cover letters to effectively communicate the value proposition and address client needs
·  Project Management
·  Manage the proposal development process, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
·  Coordinate and review inputs from subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with proposal objectives
·  Edit and format proposals to ensure a professional and polished final product that is accurate, captivating, and of the highest quality, under tight deadlines
·  Ensure adherence to process, procedure, and risk standards in GPS sales content, serving as a point of quality and audit control
·  Content Development and Management
·  Maintain proposal content, templates, and reference materials for future use
·  Research and analyze market trends and industry best practices to support proposal and content development
·  Elevating the quality of sales enablement content such as client case studies, market information, thought leadership materials, developing both original content, as well as tailoring past examples to suit new client requirements and market trends

Requirements

·  A sound understanding in cash management and transactional banking products/ solutions
·  A background in Financial Services preferred. Banking experience in a frontline role is highly valued
·  High level proficiency in English and Mandarin
·  Exceptional project management skills with proven success  in delivering projects/ programs, across countries and territories, whether regional (i.e. Asia Pacific) or global in scope, with meticulous attention to detail
·  Results-oriented with a proven track record of high performance, self-direction, change leadership, and strong execution capabilities
·  Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain value propositions in a clear and concise manner
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and content management experience in Highspot/ Loopio is an advantage
·  Ability to work under tight deadlines and support multiple stakeholder and proposals concurrently
·  Experience in Proposal Writing and Sales Content development is an advantage
