We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Transformation Manager, Insurance Finance .

Principal Responsibilities

·  Redesign of finance processes and operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
·  Working as part of a multi-disciplined team across with finance, business, and functions to embed transformation initiatives into the broader business strategy
·  Supporting the seamless integration of new systems, processes, and tools and assessing their potential impact on the finance function and associated stakeholders
·  Embedding change management and communication, driving cultural change, and delivering new enhancement initiatives
·  Maintaining programme governance that is in accordance with HSBC Change Framework, including standards, policies, and procedures
·  Driving programme planning, tracking, and progress updates
·  Establishing internal and external networks to further develop their knowledge of sector developments, trends, and leading practices, and using that knowledge to enhance GI Finance's ways of working
·  Driving the adoption of HSBC standards and working in alignment with HSBC methodology at all times

Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a Mathematical based field
·  3+ years of experience in delivering finance services, with a strong background in within financial services, preferably life insurance and banking
·  Understanding of Insurance companies and products, IFRS17, and key frameworks (e.g., Risk-Based Capital) would be an advantage
·  Knowledge and experience with Business/ Digital Transformation, Project Management or Change Management would be an advantage
