We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Test Lead - TRANSFORMATION - HSIC UAT GZC .
Principal responsibilities
· The role holder will manage the overall QA & Testing planning activities and coordinate the changes in the various portfolio's testing to meet the business criteria.
· The role holder will be managing the overall planning of resources and timelines of end-to-end test executions.
· The role’s responsibilities also involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing the plan across all projects to ensure all milestones dates are met with the high-quality standard, and maintaining testing scope, volume of test requirements as well as test plan and test strategy.
· The role holder will build a high-performance team, will have leadership of testing team activity ensuring productivity targets are achieved and standards are met.
· The role holder will support the delivery production line ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers, will contribute to the delivery of all flagship transformation programmes.
· The job holder will ensure that all of the HSBC Life services offer standout customer experience and fully deliver on our brand promise, provide common global solutions while recognizing that local regulations and customs will require the service to be tailored.
· Define and implement the testing framework, measurements & metrics within the organizational structure.
· Be the advocate to promote the adoption of good Business QA/UAT practices and continue to adapt new testing techniques/tools to protect & maintain a high quality of Transformation deliveries.
Requirements
· The job holder will be a Graduate with experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as Digital, Transformation or change management and strong performance management and team development skills.
· The job holder will have good knowledge of the testing process, digital & Staff channels, in-depth understanding of insurance business process and strong customer focus, strong analytical ability and experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion and the ability to quickly understand customer an operational consideration.
· The job holder will have a good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice, have Subject Matter Expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations.
· The job holder will be innovative with the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals, have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues, pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors.
· The job holder will have excellent relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and high levels of resilience and self-motivation.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
