We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director Business Analysis Specialist .
Business: CIB - Credit & Lending Tech
Principal responsibilities
· Full - Lifecycle Project Management.
· Develop comprehensive project plans covering schedules, resources, and budgets. Monitor milestones, coordinate resources, and resolve conflicts. Implement budget controls, provide regular financial reports, and ensure projects adhere to timelines and quality standards.
· Team Leadership and Organizational Capability Building.
· Lead cross - functional teams, fostering a culture of domain expertise. Establish talent development programs, offer mentorship, and maintain a customer - centric approach. Drive application and functional issue resolutions.
· Enterprise - Level Brand Promotion and Ecosystem Building of Power Platform.
· Execute a strategic internal brand plan for Power Platform. Promote adoption through case sharing, training, and community building, solidifying its role as a key digital transformation tool.
Requirements
Essential Skills
· Proven experience in designing solutions in close consultation with business stakeholders, with a focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions.
· Strong system thinking ability and high proficiency in agile working methodologies
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
· Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
· In - depth knowledge of Power Platform and a good understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with HSBC Service Management and Operation processes and tools.
· Strong logical thinking,negotiation and presentation skills.
