We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director.
In this role, you will:
· Owning existing TDA offerings for its technical architecture, design, implementation and working to ensure continuity as need by various value streams / projects.
· Monitoring and quantifying the usage of TDA offerings on regular periodic basis, including troubleshooting to ensure its availability
· Architecting, designing, developing and rolling out of new offerings to TDA suit, based on organization’s needs.
· Adopting and adhering to organizations tool stack philosophy, approach and direction.
· Identifying, solutionizing and de-risking existing bottlenecks / improvement opportunities via continuous optimizations.
· Providing technical leadership to a group of team members working towards supporting existing TDA offerings
· Providing clear, concise and purposeful communications to all associates about TDA offerings, to increase its penetration, via all appropriate channels like documentation, campaigns, videos, knowledge sharing sessions etc.
· Collaborating with Solution Architects, Application Technology / Engineering Leads, Tech SMEs to align TDA offerings in line with forth coming opportunities, challenges and common objectives to achieve.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Strong hands-on experience in Java 11 & above
· Strong hands-on experience in REST, SWAGGER, OAS API specification and implementations
· Strong hands-on experience of Maven, Gradle, JDBC, Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Web services, JSON, HTTP, HTML 5.0, JavaScript, SQL, RDBMS
· Experience with DevOps, CICD, github, Jenkins, jira and agile based tooling ecosystem.
· Experience with AWS / GCP cloud and Kubernetes container ecosystem with a purpose to deploy, host and finetune applications / services.
· Strong Java design and development hands on skills with exhaustive experience in creating, maintaining and debugging module-based libraries for various frameworks/platforms.
· Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills; excellent team player with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
· Willing to work in a collaborative environment and adhere to the clean coding standards
· Flexible and adaptable in accommodating change of requirement and willing to take new responsibilities when necessary
· Strong knowledge on internal process ability put the governance into practice, knowledge of industry standard architecture frameworks especially OpenSource libraries.
· Knowledge on Banking domain, products like credit cards, Internet banking, mobile banking is highly preferred
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English
