Job Description:

•                      Manage the Liquidity Funds as per agreed risk return frameworks

•                      Achieve targeted performance expectations for the Liquidity Funds.

•                      Identify and Source money market instruments across credit spectrum.

•                      Monitor portfolio performance and recommend ways to optimize the returns.

•                      Actively involve in money market dealing and build relationship with issuers.

•                      Make investment recommendations that are supported by rigorous analysis

•                      Analyze, assess, and share market information with wider team members.

•                      Regular Client interactions & reporting to CIO

•                      Monitoring and ensuring compliance to various internal and external investment limits including mandatory regulatory limits

•                      Judiciously manage investment forecasting with due diligence.

•                      Research Contribution: Stay on top of market developments and work closely with credit team

Requirements

Competencies (Technical / Behavioral):

·  Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
·  Deep understanding of global financial markets, money market instruments, and interest rate dynamics.
·  Clarity of investment philosophy and processes
·  Ability to analyze RBI and Banking balance sheets to forecast market liquidity.
·  Ability to forecast interest rates and should be well versed with different money market assessment tool
·  Great attention to detail and the ability to work within a pressured environment.
·  Strong communication abilities, both written and oral
·  Outstanding team player, who will collaborate effectively across the team and the wider organization.
·  Strong presentation skills
·  Highest level of integrity

•   Liquidity funds managed under him should have exhibited a good (atleast Q2) and consistent fund performance.

·  Valid NISM certification
