Job description
· Providing excellent service to the BB Customers by managing their Transactional, Account Servicing and online banking and Mobile Banking requirements.
· Trade net requirements and all other service requirements of the Transaction banking, lending and startup clients.
· Managing regulatory submission, deadlines, communication, recording and managing internal Complaint management procedures, policies with regard to Client servicing and banking servicing needs.
· liaising with the internal product partners, operations and stake holders for executing the Customer servicing and Transactional requirements.
· Digital migration of customers from manual mode.
· Managing the client expectation and servicing with customer centricity is the key responsibility.
· Adhering to the all internal process, procedure, SOP and Compliance guidelines applicable to the above role.

Additional Information
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
