We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Technology Management .

Principal responsibilities
Delivery Leadership:
•Facilitate the delivery of technology solutions from concept to production using Agile methodologies.
•Align business goals with delivery plans to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
•Lead governance and compliance processes to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Power Platform Expertise:
•Design and architect scalable, secure, and reusable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
•Define and implement best practices for Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), including solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and version control.
•Establish governance frameworks for Power Platform environments, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies.
•Lead the design of custom connectors and integrations with external systems to extend Power Platform capabilities.
•Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Dataverse for data modelling, storage, and management to support business needs.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Team Collaboration:
•Work closely with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove delivery impediments.
•Foster collaboration across teams while shielding them from external distractions.
•Inspire teams to continuously improve processes and adopt innovative practices.
Agile Practices:
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
•Plan and manage delivery increments while maintaining team boards and metrics.
•Drive the adoption of automation and high-quality engineering practices.
Technical Oversight:
•Collaborate with architecture and security teams to define testing strategies, including non-functional and security testing.
•Ensure compliance with data standards, service management practices, and technical currency.
•Drive service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives for all delivered solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
•Lead efforts to improve lead times, automation levels, and service quality.
•Ensure cost management and optimization for products and services.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
•University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
•Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technology management, with at least 3 years of experience in Power Platform solutions.
Power Platform Expertise:
•Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
•Strong experience with Dataverse, custom connectors, and Power Platform ALM practices.
•Experience with Power Platform environments, governance, and solution management.
Technical Knowledge:
•Familiarity with the SDLC, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
•Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or Vue.js.
Agile and Leadership Skills:
•Strong practical experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
•Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and budget.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing global stakeholders and teams.
Additional Skills:
•Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
•Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
•Prior experience in Banking and Financial product knowledge is an advantage.
