We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineering Team Leader.

Business: Enterprise Technology

Principal responsibilities

·  as engineer, to support your line manager to deliver system solution and perform BAU maintenance, specifically SWIFT ISO20022, in HUB payments area, for both CTB and RTB.
·  Ensures optimization and efficiency in collaboration with concerned stakeholder in delivery of the program across system and operations change, training and communication.
·  Support the successful delivery of project or itemized deliverables in line with agreed delivery plans
·  Ensure compliance to HSBC Change Framework, FIM, SAFE, AGILE etc.

Requirements

·  1+ years’ Experience.
·  General understanding of the project lifecycle.
·  General understanding of Global Change Delivery frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques.
·  Technology enthusiast and fast learner in Computer domain.
·  Have strong self-motivation and determination to deal with complicated system and solution, good at problem resolving. Solid technical background on Java.
