We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
Business: Group Data Technology
Principal responsibilities
• Discuss with ASP local market user to have clear and specific data requirement after analyzing the requirement from data attribute aspect.
• Data flow tracing.
• Well communicate and work with different source teams on the requirement submission, identify and figure out the data attribute behavior in English/mandarin subject to the location of the source team.
• Communicate efficiently with development team on the requirement and expectation from biz in English/mandarin subject to the location of the development team.
• Documentation, prepare related doc using confluence & JIRA.
• Timely report the progress status to stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years in Data/Business analysis experience
• Domain: Banking / Finance
• Strong business/Data analysis skills covering requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, ability to translate the high level data/business requirements into functional solution, able to design and work out Data Mapping and data governance independently, act as a liaison between Business and technical teams to bridge any gaps and assist the business teams & technical teams to successfully deliver the projects.
Deliverable:
• Requirement/agreement/design/data dictionary worked out by the candidate
• Data mapping
• Develop conceptual/logical/physical data models
• Familiarity with GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.) and related technologies
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing, SQL
• Previous work in highly regulated or complex organizations is a plus
