We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Software Engineering Manager .

Business: Group Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

• The role will focus on leading the delivery of global data science platform Entitlement services and the engagement with global stakeholders.
• Lead the delivery of global data science platform and define the roadmap together with lead architect.
• Manage the conversation and engagement with global senior stakeholders.
• Build up a sustainable team.
• Manage people, financial and project timeline.
• Handle the reporting and conversation with global senior managers(Up to EXCO level).
• Handle the global user communication to ensure all the information can be broadcast clearly and consistently.
• Ensure team's strict adherence to company policies and security processes. 

Requirements

• Extensive experience with complex process design in complex global organization.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive diverse, multi-regional teams. 
• Extensive experience with various cloud technologies, including Google Cloud and Azure. Experience with private cloud or K8S would be highly appreciated.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM system in Hadoop, Data Virtualization, Public Cloud and Private Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of AI domain, particularly with Generative AI. 
• Proven track record of leading a sustainable team and delivering results. 
• Demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholders. 
• Startup mindset, with the ability to multitask and maintain focus on delivery. 
• Unwavering integrity and commitment to following company policies and security procedures.
