We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Smart Senior (CSO) (12-month fixed contract) .
Principal Responsibilities
· Provide counter service at community counters
· Direct customers to the appropriate service counter or staff member, and promote the usage of self service banking terminals
· Greet and welcome all of the customers
· Answer general customer enquiries
Requirements
· Experience in counter or branch operations much preferred
· Service oriented approach and with the capacity to maintain a cheerful, positive and enthusiastic attitude
· Fundamental level of computer literacy
· Strong interpersonal and communication skill
· Basic verbal proficiency in English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred
