We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Credit & Payment.  

Principal Responsibilities

·  To manage a team of onshore and offshore FTEs to ensure efficiency and due customer delivery
·  To review processes and workflows in order to close control gaps on clients monies and account balances
·  To ensure functional requirements given to the new admin system are future ready
·  To nimbly lead and steer the Credit and Payment team through the changes
·  To track relevant KPIs with regards to payments and collections

Requirements

·  Relevant experiences in Credit and Payment or operations within insurance industry
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to operate effectively and think innovatively to find solution
·  Good time management, task and result-oriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within tight timelines
·  Proactive, strong team spirit and strong supervisory skills
·  A person who is keen to learn with positive work attitude
