We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer. 

Business: Markets & Sec Services Tech

Principal responsibilities

The candidate will face off end-users to gather user requirement, conduct analysis and manage key users’ expectation.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in capital market and post trade processing. Have experience in dealing with key stakeholders from Front Office to Back Office.

The key qualities we are looking for are:

·  Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
·  Strong communication and collaboration skill.
·  Have ability to identify the key problem statement, elicit & analysis the detail user requirement.
·  Have strong analytical skill for workflow definition, process definition and data modelling.
·  Have ability to understand and elaborate technical solutions to customer.
·  Have ability to coordinate different business units for requirement gathering, testing and prioritization.
·  Have ability to manage customer expectation on cost and timeline.
·  Fluent in English and Mandarin.
·  Have basic knowledge in capital market products or post trade processing.
·  Able to adapt to organizational standards, policies and practices, and to work within them to progress and complete work.
·  Self-driven; can work without close supervision.
·  Results-oriented; takes responsibility and gets the job done.

Requirements

·  Communicate with business to elicit and analyses user requirements.
·  Manage and coordinate the requirement gathering and user acceptance test.
·  Evaluate and recommend technical solutions to customers.
·  Prepare project documentations with business endorsements.
·  Be the escalation point for production incidents.
·  Manage users expectations on budget & timeline.
·  Ensure all the deliverables and processes are adhered to the group policies, standards and best practices.
