We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.  

Business: Wholesale Technology  

Principal responsibilities

·  Participant in project development, testing support, and production implementation and post production support
·  Work independently to complete all assigned design and development tasks within planned timeline and in good quality
·  Maintain effective and good relationship with other IT teams.
·  7x24 production support.

Requirements

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in IT.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in banking IT.
·  Mainframe development skill sets, e.g. COBOL, CICS, DB2, TWS, JCL etc.
·  Good communication skills.
·  Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills.
·  Good at problem solving skills.
·  Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, good sense of responsibility and a good team player.
·  Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner.       

What additional skills will be good to have?

·  With HK banking domain knowledge is an advantage;
·  With payments domain knowledge is an advantage;
·  With experience of working with multiple IT teams is an advantage;
·  With experience of working on global systems is an advantage
