We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to drive the acquisition strategy for HSBC’s Secured Lending business. The key responsibility of the role will be to ensure that HBSC continues to grow above system whilst maintaining strong customer profiling in line with HSBC’s brand. Leveraging industry knowledge and experience, you will work closely with both our local and regional stakeholders to drive acquisition initiatives, ensuring that HSBC remains competitive in the market and continues to thrive in the Broker channel as well as ensure the Proprietary channel grows by attracting it traditional affluent, internationally minded customers. You will also work closely with internal change delivery teams and external suppliers in driving efficiencies in the acquisition journeys by assisting in implementing streamlining improvements.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the HSBC mortgage acquisition strategy by using design principles to ensure clear direction and market innovation.
· Own and drive all acquisition identified initiatives to integration into the business with full reporting to ensure complete monitoring and reviewing where required.
· Liaise with all key stakeholders to ensure the strategy has full ‘buy-in’ and support to ensure a smooth implementation.
· Management of end-to-end commission payments to the Broker channel.
· Oversight of marketing campaigns to drive consideration and brand affinity from a home loan perspective.
· Optimisation of pricing strategies for all HSBC’s home loan products to ensure volume and returns are managed effectively
Requirements
Requirements:
· Strong understanding of drivers and levers of the mortgage portfolio
· Sound understanding of the mortgage industry in Australia
· Demonstrated analytical ability
· Tertiary qualification is desirable
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
