We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Process Consultant - WHOLESALE OPERATIONS TRANSFORM.
Principal responsibilities
· For specific functional areas, deliver step change in operational performance (cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction) through identification and successful initiation of new process improvement initiatives aligned with local/regional transformation initiatives.
· Act as trusted advisor to customers and ensure commercially based decisions are taken on prioritizing and optimizing the project portfolio.
· Work with the businesses and delivery partner to develop objective, quantitative recommendations that are driven by ROI to deliver benefit to the overall enterprise, and not only to a single operating silo.
· Identify and recommend innovative solutions that are infused with emerging improvement trends and solutions while tempered with common sense.
· Working across regional and local teams to ensure commonality of understanding and objectives.
· Revisit projects post deployment on regular basis to validate business.
Requirements
· Significant experience of coordinating transformation activities across multiple markets in a global corporation.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience of reporting and governance in a large programme.
· Structured worker with ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and quickly understand requirements and produce quality results first time.
· Experience of building strong relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
· Self-motivated, creative thinker, enthusiastic who cultivates a culture of collaboration.
· Experience of working effectively in a matrix organization with a diverse mix of styles and cultures.
· Good English enabling good written & verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
