Data Analytics, & CRM (DA&CRM) is vital in transforming HSBC into a bank fit for the future. The team is functionally part of Global DA&CRM team and locally part of HSBC IWPB business accountable for building and commercialising data assets and advanced analytics capabilities to enhance customer experience reimagined, deliver business growth, enable data led innovation, and drive informed decision. We are currently seeking an experienced Pega CDH professional to join the Australian Data, Analytics, & CRM team in the role of Senior Pega Decisioning Manager. This role will partner with stakeholders across CLCM, Digital, Channels, Marketing, Propositions, Wealth and Product, and work with our offshore decisioning team to plan, design and implement Next Best Action strategies and personalised campaigns in the Pega CDH platform.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Partner with CLCM, Digital, Channels, Marketing, Propositions, Wealth and Product stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into comprehensive campaign briefs and lead our offshore decisioning team to design and build targeted and personalised cross-sell, up-sell, usage, retention, and service campaigns/messages in the Pega CDH platform.
· Plan and allocate adequate resources to sprints within an agile way of working, to deliver prioritised customer messages in a timely manner.
· Maintain, optimise and commercialise all customer “Next Best Action” messaging across all channels including internet banking, mobile in-app banners, sms, email, and front-line leads.
· Draw upon data-driven insights to understand customer needs, journeys, and customer key moments that will enable us to reach each customer with the right message, at the right time, and via the right channel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Relevant hands-on experience with Pega CDH (Designer Studio or NBAD) including certification including
· Proven experience with Pega adaptive modelling and customer lifcycle marketing programs
· Strong SQL, SAS and/or BigQuery skills
· Demonstrated ability to analyse large datasets and present clear and actionable insights
· Degree in STEM, Finance or a similar numerical discipline
· Proven relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
· Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience in a retail banking and wealth management environment
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
